Review content:
They are so good with my dogs. One of the reasons I continue to take them back is one of my dogs got loose. A neighbor found him and he still had his Kennelwood collar on. They tried to call me but I didn't hear the phone. They came into the city picked him up and called again. I still didn't hear the phone so by the time I got the message they had him about an hour. They never charged me a dime. This is how you build a good reputation. \r \r Once when I was boarding them and grooming them they were running about a hour late. They called and let me know which was great. I could take more time getting back to St. Louis. Thanks Kennelwood.
