Perry said he could provide an airtight steam room shower door. Cash only. No checks or credit cards.
He showed up 5/9/2014 with an assistant whom he instructed through the entire installation. He sat there telling the other guy what to do the whole time. He did not do the install himself. We were left with sharp edges on metal fittings we did not originally order, gaps in the sealing, and 3 days later when we could use the steam room, we discovered tons of steam leaking out the top of the door and ruining the ceiling of the bathroom.
Perry come back to survey the situation. He made some recommendations of things he could do to fix the problem. But he never showed up.
A friend ran into Perry on a huge custom house being built. Perry was asked to quote on 7 bathrooms. My friend told Perry he would have to tell the homeowners about how he had no integrity not showing up to fix my door unless he made it right. He said he would make it right. But he never called or showed up.
Now new shower door companies won't fix the problems and insist on installing a new door. My money was a total waste, down the drain.
Perry has no integrity and does terrible work. I would never hire him again, and recommend you don't either.
As you can see, I am patient. I waited over 6 months to go online and leave reviews about this man. But not being able to get him to fix the problem or return my money, and after his encounter with my friend where he again said he would show up and did not, I feel the need to warn other homeowners about this guy. Buyer Beware...
