Perry/Shoreline installed a beautiful custom shower door for us more than 5 years ago as part of a master bath overhaul. The work quality of the materials and works was perfect! Very recently a new cleaning person forced the door open by pushing, rather than pulling - which has never been an issue for us in all these years/why she forced it inwards is a mystery to us! Damage was done to the seal between the door and the tiled jam against which it would normally close. Perry answered our call, showing up on a Saturday morning and did the repair in record time. 5 years later and the service was as if they had just done the job a week ago! Shoreline is a pleasure to work with..professional, reasonably priced, courteous and very clean. Highly recommend them to all! more

I can't recommend Perry highly enough. My house in Glen Cove is of modern design and full of odd angles. I wanted my new shower to be in the same spirit, which made it a difficult job - not your typical rectangular shower. A client gave a glowing recommendation of Perry, and I'm glad I took her advice! Perry came out on a Saturday (!!!) to give me an estimate, and worked with me to help design the shower that would work best for me and my family's needs. He called back the following Monday (he needed time to find the materials I wanted, and to price them) with an estimate which I thought was completely reasonable for the kind of work and materials required. I'm not poor, but I don't throw cash away, either, and I expect the best for my money. What I received in return was nothing less than...the best for my money. Home Depot might have been cheaper, IF Home Depot even did this kind of custom work. The new shower walls and door were perfectly and precisely done - no half-assed covering mistakes with caulk, as with the shower I was replacing. The materials were of the high quality he promised. He and his helper were on-time, clean, and courteous, and left my bathroom cleaner than they found it. I didn't even need to Windex the glass! Over a month later, I can't imagine having given this job to anyone else. Did I mention that I can't recommend him highly enough? more

Perry said he could provide an airtight steam room shower door. Cash only. No checks or credit cards. He showed up 5/9/2014 with an assistant whom he instructed through the entire installation. He sat there telling the other guy what to do the whole time. He did not do the install himself. We were left with sharp edges on metal fittings we did not originally order, gaps in the sealing, and 3 days later when we could use the steam room, we discovered tons of steam leaking out the top of the door and ruining the ceiling of the bathroom. Perry come back to survey the situation. He made some recommendations of things he could do to fix the problem. But he never showed up. A friend ran into Perry on a huge custom house being built. Perry was asked to quote on 7 bathrooms. My friend told Perry he would have to tell the homeowners about how he had no integrity not showing up to fix my door unless he made it right. He said he would make it right. But he never called or showed up. Now new shower door companies won't fix the problems and insist on installing a new door. My money was a total waste, down the drain. Perry has no integrity and does terrible work. I would never hire him again, and recommend you don't either. As you can see, I am patient. I waited over 6 months to go online and leave reviews about this man. But not being able to get him to fix the problem or return my money, and after his encounter with my friend where he again said he would show up and did not, I feel the need to warn other homeowners about this guy.
