Did not have any full size cars. I was pressed for time so took the smaller car. It was less expensive that was the only positive here. ,.\r
Given my keys and had to walk about 3/4 mile in the driving rain and wind. It was about 55 degrees! I was soaked when I got to my car. I was dragging my suitcase and computer bag\r
I guess they only had the one guy at the counter working No offers to help.\r
Same on the return trip . You have to drag your bags up the hill. I guess the good thing is it was not raining and cold..\r
I guess the word for Enterprise at Lubbock Airport is ""don't come alone and rent from Enterprise"". \r
Oh I am a Enterprise Plus member! You can see that is a real privilege in Lubbock
