Did not have any full size cars. I was pressed for time so took the smaller car. It was less expensive that was the only positive here. ,.\r Given my keys and had to walk about 3/4 mile in the driving rain and wind. It was about 55 degrees! I was soaked when I got to my car. I was dragging my suitcase and computer bag\r I guess they only had the one guy at the counter working No offers to help.\r Same on the return trip . You have to drag your bags up the hill. I guess the good thing is it was not raining and cold..\r I guess the word for Enterprise at Lubbock Airport is ""don't come alone and rent from Enterprise"". \r Oh I am a Enterprise Plus member! You can see that is a real privilege in Lubbock more

Worst rental experience. 5/14/2012

I left a valuable camera in the back seat of the car. I called to claim it the same day, Sunday, however the staff of 5 "never saw" the camera. The airport requires us to show ID several times within the building but there is no security outside to protect us. There are no cameras outside the building or in the rental car lots?
