Sadly due to the incompetence of the manage, Harrison, this location is receiving 1 star. Due to lack of his inability to properly training his staff, a reservation was never placed after the staff member gave a verbal confirmation over the phone to pick up a car at 3:00 PM. When we, the customer, informed him that we did make a reservation, his response was very condescending that we didn't call and he could have a vehicle for us the next day at 4:00 Pm, We were basically being called a liar and had to go on the defense to prove we did call that morning. Spencer, an employee at the location, was doing his best to research the communication break down and was willing to find a solution to the problem. On the other had, Harrison, in a patronizing tone was defending his position that we never called. After 15 minutes of hearing his "logic" that we were incorrect, for obvious reasons, the tone in my voice became very curt and loud when responding to his groundless accusations. When co
