I tried to do my own Tape Data Recovery when the tape snapped in a couple of places and then went flying in the air. I learned quickly I should not have attempted this. I knew absolutely nothing about what I was doing. Sometimes in life, no matter how smart we think we are there is always smarter people who did it for a living. I called Secure Data Recovery Services and they found 91% of my data. I ruined the rest of it trying to repair it myself, so 9% was too damaged to recover. Well, I learned a valuable lesson that day. If truly want something done that is out of your expertise, call professionals. Secure Data Recovery Services did an amazing job to accomplish finding 91%. I thought I lost more than 25% so I was very pleased in the outcome achieved. The experience was pleasant and everyone involved was friendly and courteous. Oh, and the price was terrific! Thank you.
