Review content:
I used to work at Bark and Purr and I have to give a first hand account of what it is really like to have your animal boarded there. I feel that if I didnt let people know how horrible this place was I just wouldnt be doing the right thing. First of all when you bring your dogs to us the owners are superficially friendly. They are in over there heads and do not have the tools to run a dog kennel. The dogs that are on the outside runs to the right of the complex and constantly standing in bleach that is used to clean rather than a cleaner that is safe for animals. The dogs leave with the pads of their feet torn up and their stomachs red from irritation. The dogs on the inside, while climate controlled, do not have it much better. They are not walked at the times we specify, in fact they are lucky to be walked twice a day, especially when busy. The dogs are jammed into the back rooms while the front room is left to show owners how "nice and spacious" it is. One of the only things they do
