Review content:
I had a great experience with Pro Star Air. I worked with Chris Gage. Chris came to my home for the first time in early October of this year. Chris did a very thorough job of looking at the Air Conditioning configuration that existed in my Home. Chris found a problem with my existing system that the builder of my home 22 years ago apparently created. The upstairs supply line had been crimped and was only allowing about 45% of Freon capacity from the compressor during the summer. This explained to me why I could never get my upstairs below 84 degrees on a 100+ degree day. I have had 4 other Air Conditioning people in the last 22 years look at my system and no one ever found the root cause of why my upstairs would not cool properly.
Chris was very diligent in talking to me about the options available which would give my home the comfort which I was looking to achieve. Chris looked at how my existing duct work was configured and made recommendations to ensure that my new system would have sufficient air flow in to and from the new system.
On the day my new system was installed, Chris Showed up with the installation team and we discussed the plan for the day regarding the installation. The installation team put down tarps from the front door all the way to where my existing system was. The installation team removed my old system, then they began the process of adding an air intake duct and one additional out take duct for the entry way to my home. The Pro Star Air team built a nice compressor pad for the new compressor being installed and made sure the supply lines were put in to place in a aesthetically pleasing form. Once the system was in place, the installation team performed a full system check out. The installation team was very careful to remove the protective tarps they put down in the beginning and there was literally no mess for me to clean up once they were done.
