I recently has Mannington Simplicity vinyl flooring installed in my kitchen and utility room area. I am extremely pleased with the flooring material, the service I have received from your employee, James Craig, and the the installation of the floor by Doug Cox. Mr. Craig was very helpful during the process of selecting the flooring material (there are so many beautiful options). He listened to my preferences, took the time and offered several possible choices. Mr. Craig was very prompt, courteous and thorough when he came to my house to take necessary measurements for the project. He has always been very polite and helpful during every telephone conversation. Mr. Cox did a beautiful job installing the flooring in a small L-shaped area including a closet containing the water heater and piping. He was very cautious in removing and replacing four large appliances. Mr. Cox worked a very long day on Thursday, September 25th and returned to complete the job on Friday the 26th. Throughout the entire project, Mr. Cox was very polite, careful and thorough in his work. It is obvious to me that Mr. Cox has high work ethics and takes pride in doing an excellent install. If I ever have another flooring project I will be sure to bring my business to your store and I will be happy to recommend The Carpet Store to family and friends. Thank you again to you and your staff for the work accomplished here at my home.
