I've used Automotive Excellence at least one other time in the past, and both times I've gone, they've provided a good service.
Recently, they repaired some breaks on my trailer. It took about a day. I was a little shocked by the price, but I don't know what it would have costed elsewhere, so I'm sure it was normal.
I'm not sure who the technician was that did the actual repairs on my breaks, but Alex was there, and he was a nice and honest guy. I'll likely take my trailer in to get looked at soon, one break has been locking up, but I won't hold that against them.
