Review content:
Our family has been going to Aspen Ski and Board in Lewis Center for 15 years. We continue to go back because they are knowledgeable and up to date on all the new equipment, products and fashions. All the workers either ski or snowboard and they know their stuff! Also worth mentioning, the store remodeled recently and has a huge selection of items. I am very impressed with their customer service as I am always immediately welcomed and assisted. They have enough workers to help each customer 1:1 and they never rush you into making a decision. They have always been courteous, even something as simple as helping you in or out the door with equipment. The other noticeable thing you feel when you walk in the door is a sense of "family," they all seem to work well together and love their job. I wish other businesses in general would use them as a model!
