Aspen Ski and Board

Our family has been going to Aspen Ski and Board in Lewis Center for 15 years. We continue to go back because they are knowledgeable and up to date on all the new equipment, products and fashions. All the workers either ski or snowboard and they know their stuff! Also worth mentioning, the store remodeled recently and has a huge selection of items. I am very impressed with their customer service as I am always immediately welcomed and assisted. They have enough workers to help each customer 1:1 and they never rush you into making a decision. They have always been courteous, even something as simple as helping you in or out the door with equipment. The other noticeable thing you feel when you walk in the door is a sense of "family," they all seem to work well together and love their job. I wish other businesses in general would use them as a model! more

I am an expert skier and my wife a beginner. I usually goto surefoot to get new boots but after talking to someone at aspen I thought I would give them a go. The boots are amazing, they put custom footbeds in that blow away the surefoot ones, and i'm skiing better then ever. They also fit my wife in boots, and we all know if she's happy everyone is happy, and for the first time ever she is happy with boots. I am very happy I found this place and recommend to everyone. more

We found this store's website while looking to buy skis and boots. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are unbeatable. We at first were a bit skeptical because of the low prices, but after reading several positive reviews online, we decided to give it a try. Boy, we are glad we did. Our purchase was shipped the next day and arrived in 4 days...1,700 miles away! Everything was as advertised. We tried out the boots yesterday on the ski slope and they were great! Would recommend to anyone. Aspen's prices are extremely competitive and the fast service is incredible. more

Have been purchasing skis and related equipment at Aspen for almost 10 YEARS NOW. Very knowledgable, courtesy and skilled staff, great facility and selection and excellent prices. Gil the owner and Eric the manager at the second store are very approachable. more

Finally getting around to doing a review. I agree with the post about the decor of the building. Its nice, but it is just a cover for lack of product knowledge. I had my boot incorrectly fitted. It was way too big. They didn't believe me when I told them it was too big. Also, my husband wanted to buy skis but they tried to tell him that the flat top ski with a cheap random binding is just the same as a true system ski. Good prices on chap stick. Two stars for decor. more

Their online store is fantastic. Great prices and great service. They mounted the bindings for free and helped me figure out how to provide the boot shell size. Product was shipped within a few days of order and received two days early. Skis were as advertised. As long as they have a competitive price, I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Pros: great service, fast efficient website Cons: none more

For many years have had a wonderful experience at Aspen Ski & Board. One of my kids has "difficult" foot sizing and extra care and expertise has always been taken to make sure he gets fitted properly. more

At first I left a bad review but now that I have gone back a few time They have completely done a 180 and have some great people in there! I am an Aspen customer for life. more

This shop is conveniently located off of Polaris Parkway. In fact, they just opened a new shop (in their own building) because of their growth. It's a great place to shop and the sales people are there to help newbies or seasoned pros. They have virtually anything you could want for the slopes. Stop in and check them out. more
