If I could choose stars in minus I would for the BJ's Monro shop in Cary.I came in due to a muffler problem. Didn't have it fixed there,due to high prices.But I did agree to have the fuel filter changed as my car wouldn't start every now and then. Without even checking the car,the manager says the fuel filter had to be changed.I don't know anything about cars,and he gave the impression this would solve the problem.But it didn't. Another guy in the same shop said it was weird to change fuel filter without checking battery. Turns out the battery is bad and I was tricked into changing fuel filter instead.Asked for a refund or a new battery without paying, as diagnose was wrong.Turns out they never did a diagnose and just decided to change a part and see if it worked.Now my MPG is horrible and I need to pay for a brand new battery as they are not willing to help at all.They did a mistake and I am paying for it. Whatever you do,DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Unless you want to throw your money ou
