Review content:
I can't say Kensington Park is perfect, but when things are in need of tweaking they are very responsive. I cannot degrade them in any way. I really trust them for the care of my father. Whenever there is anything wrong, they always call me. One time my father had a small cough, and they called the doctor right away. Soon after that, the doctor prescribed a medicine. When I came to visit him the next day, he did not have a cough anymore. The staff is very vigilant and keep an eye on all the residences in the activity rooms. I like how they keep everyone busy and play quiet music in the rooms. They even help my father go to his own restroom. Not a public restroom that everyone shares, but his own. They have lots of respect of their dignity. I have also been able to completely rely on them with my father's medicine refills. They always call me for permission to refill them. My father has been at Kensington Park since March and his health has been a lot better. I really appreciate how a nurse is on staff to give him his insulin. He has been healing from diabetes and has better bladder control. What more can I say? I can relax and Kensington is wonderful.
