Review content:
Never, NEVER let Dr.Kahn see your pet. He pretends to be a vet. He makes assessments that are ludicrous and suggests tests that are inappropriate. He has no experience or knowledge to guide him. He wants to generate money for the business without regard for what is really necessary.
Recently, he told a distressed pet owner that it was almost office closing time and that he could not see the pet. The pet died. He has no compassion, no heart, and no clue.
At first, we would not make appointments if we thought D. Kahn might be the one to see our dog. Then we realized this was stupid. We stopped using Banfield altogether. Why would anyone use this corporate machine when there are highly qualified vets out there armed with knowledge and experience and without a high greed factor?
