Dr. Jacobs is absolutely amazing! The day we found out we needed fertility assistance was very emotional. I was given Dr. Jacob's contact information late in the afternoon. We phoned his office after hours and left a message. We were prepared for a very long, stressful weekend. That evening, we were surprised with a call from Dr. Jacobs! He was friendly, comforting, and instantly able to calm our nerves. We were able to get an appointment right away. When we first met with Dr. Jacobs, we talked with him as if getting to know a friend. He asked us how we met and was genuinely interested in our lives. He explained the steps we would need to take, how the process worked, possible outcomes or problems and all of our options in a very clear, easy to understand manner. Each time we saw him, he talked with us as if we were old friends and put us at ease. The day of the embryo transfer, Dr. Jacobs was excited and comforting, yet still gave us the facts.
