I had Big Blue clean my wall-to-wall carpet throughout my Boise home as well as my sofa. When you call to get a quote, they charge by the number of rooms, not square footage.
The carpet cleaning service is amazing! I called on a Monday, very last minute, as I had company coming into town and my pet had suffered from multiple episodes of vomiting throughout my home! I asked how soon they could come and was told Friday. Unfortunately that would be too late. Just as I was ready to hang up, the incredibly kind gentleman offered to come out that night! Really? Amazing! He was concerned that an evening appointment would be inconvenient for me and asked if it would bother me for them to be there so late. Not only am I blown away that they would accommodate me, but being considerate on top of it? Phenomenal customer service!! Two Boise carpet cleaners showed up promptly at 6pm, explained the whole process to me and set right to work. They were very thorough, constantly checking in with each other on how well a spot was coming out or whether or not an area needed a second pass. I also appreciated that they were considerate of my animals! vThe process is strange looking- one man sprays and the other uses what looks like a giant floor polisher to clean the carpet. In 2 hours they were done and the carpet looked incredible! My carpet is a minimum of 8-10 years old but replacing it is not an option at this time. It looked brand new. I'm only sorry I didn't take before and after pictures! The Meridian Idaho carpet cleaner asked that I look around at the spots and make sure I was happy. Happy, I was astounded!
My only issue was that the organic solvent had a different odor- not bad, just strange. In fairness, I have the sense of smell of a bloodhound and every other review seemed to like the "fresh smell". A few hours of open windows and everything was perfect!
