Initial response was great - positive and profesional and local. Corey completed an estimate on my roof and looked over the information provided by my insurance company. He told me they were scheduled 8 weeks out and he would give me a call in 7 weeks to confirm everything and firm up exact dates. That was in July and we are now almost at the end of October. I have called Corey many, many times, left numerous messages and sent emails to the company's email address over the past few months - and received no response. I was really hoping to be able to give great reviews on a local business. CR & J is fired. I have hired someone else local, someone who has returned my calls and will show up and do the work. This other company has great ratings and did very nice, timely work on my neighbor's house and on a co-workers house. The price is more reasonable, too. I have spoke with a few people who had CR & J signs out. One person stated they put the wrong shingles on their house, numerous people said they are in a situation like mine... still waiting, left hanging. I have yet to hear something good. Looking over reviews on other sites I see the last good review was from 2010. Should have done my research first. Lesson learned. The shingles from the other company are already in my driveway, they are starting the work tomorrow (I first contacted them about the job 2 weeks ago). Glad to give them my business. Do your research. There are plenty of other great local, reliable contractors out there.
