I don't normally write reviews, but seeing these makes me upset... I've been bringing my cats to see Dr. Valese for 5 years now and I've never had an issue. I sometimes have concerns about price, but Dr. Valese always asks permission before running tests, and I always ask the cost upfront to make sure I'll have the funds that day. They never once forced any treatments on me or surprised me with any hidden fees. They charge fairly for the amazing service I get for my cats. If ppl are so concerned about costs, ask how much things will be before OKing them to be done!!!!!
