This Company is horrible. I had cancelled my other coffee company because they actually got caught sneeking drugs into the United Stated along with there coffee but after I was done with Crystal Springs I would rather have had them. To start the sales reps are only there to make a sale and then you will never be able to reach them again. The coffee machines took a month to get and broke down a week after having them. We recieve the wrong coffee at least three times. We were billed incorrectly every single time. There is an energy fee they dont tell you about in the begining. I tried to switch machines to save our relationship with them and they told me it would take at least two month because they were completely out. When we cancelled and they came to pick up there machines they didnt even know we had 5 different ones, which means they dont track there machines. Lastley we recieved 12 boxes of hot chocolate that were expired and 4 boxes of coffee that were expired. This company is not worth your time, overall I would rate them D-, it would be an F but they have good prices... when billed correctly. I DO NOT Recommend.
