I thought this would make things easier for me rather than having to buy from store every week. Unfortunately it didn't. I Have used them for about 6 months. For the last 4 months...

I'm active duty military working hard for my money and this is my very unpleasant story of Crystal Springs bottled water company:\r \r Water dispenser failed to work hours after delivered and service missed several appointments (one such appointment was because the truck trying to enter McGuire Air Force Base did not have vehicle insurance). Next month delivery came my husband and I returned the complete system with unused water bottles. Now they want to charge us for bottles of water not used.\r \r Here is our experience chronologically:\r 1. Signed up on line December 3rd\r 2. Delivery set up for December 6th, no one ever showed up\r 3. Delivery truck called December 9th (no idea they were coming) from the delivery gate of McGuire Air Force Base, this is when the delivery truck did not have valid insurance card, so access to Air Force base was denied\r 4. The driver stated on the 9th he would be back December 10th, no call and never showed.\r 5. The delivery guy showed up on the 11th of December (had no idea he was coming)\r 6. Set up the water dispenser on the 11th of December.\r 7. The dispenser stopped working on the 14th (pump issues?)\r 8. Called three days later (17th December) after we tried different wall sockets and such, for service call, scheduled for the 19th of December. The 19th came and no one ever showed up.\r 9. Did not hear anything from the Service person or Crystal Springs until the delivery guy showed up with three more bottle and told him to please take the complete system back. He took the water dispenser and two full and sealed bottle of water and another bottle with more than half the water still in it.\r \r Now Crystal Springs wants to charge us $45.00 + dollars for water we never used. I spoke to Customer Service and the person could not help us so we asked for the manager, Jessica (would not give her last name) said the same she has to charge us for product we never used. more

This Company is horrible. I had cancelled my other coffee company because they actually got caught sneeking drugs into the United Stated along with there coffee but after I was done with Crystal Springs I would rather have had them. To start the sales reps are only there to make a sale and then you will never be able to reach them again. The coffee machines took a month to get and broke down a week after having them. We recieve the wrong coffee at least three times. We were billed incorrectly every single time. There is an energy fee they dont tell you about in the begining. I tried to switch machines to save our relationship with them and they told me it would take at least two month because they were completely out. When we cancelled and they came to pick up there machines they didnt even know we had 5 different ones, which means they dont track there machines. Lastley we recieved 12 boxes of hot chocolate that were expired and 4 boxes of coffee that were expired. This company is not worth your time, overall I would rate them D-, it would be an F but they have good prices... when billed correctly. I DO NOT Recommend. more

I thought this would make things easier for me rather than having to buy from store every week. Unfortunately it didn't. I Have used them for about 6 months. For the last 4 months in a row my delivery was wrong and I was miss billed at least twice. Wasted a lot of my time on phone with friendly operators, but without satisfactory results. Finally got tired of it, and canceled my service with them. They charged me $100 to my credit card without informing me at time of termination of service by phone. In the end this cost me a lot more money, and time. Would strongly suggest going with a different company!!!!! Cons: just can't get it together more
