Review content:
I seriously recommend avoiding this repair shop. I took my vehicle to the shop for three consecutive oil changes, at 15,000, 20,000, and 25,000. In the first two instances, the rep called to say that additional work was needed. I am doubting that the work performed was even necessary. Upselling seems to be a common practice at this shop. At 20,000 I was told that all four brake pads needed to be replaced at a cost of over $500. Being a woman, the rep, ""Bob"", warned me not to let it go for more than two weeks. I never replaced the brakes and returned for an oil change at 25,000. The car was with a different mechanic who changed the oil, and I was told that everything else looked great! No brake issues.\r \r I grudgingly returned to the dealership for service, and I couldn't be happier. Ocello's also told me I needed a new battery, which was ruled out by the dealership. Ocello's also tacked on a $25 tire protection plan when I replaced to tires, but never informed me about it. According to ""Bob"", the charge couldn't be refunded.
