I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Service 1 in Plainfield. The salesman, James, clearly explained the various options for an entire system and helped me choose options that best fit my needs. The installers - Ken, Vance, Adam, Aaron, and Zack were all professional, courteous, and clean. I had never, until that point, had an installer in my home that put down drop cloths the entire way from the door to the area of work - and Service 1 did just that. I literally had zero cleanup after they left. They were fast; the work was very well done and neat. And the real mark of a good company: there was one minor hiccup in the work - an issue they addressed immediately and painlessly - with zero pushback. I will also mention that their pricing was the best of the bids I received - by far. Trust me - these guys should be on your short list of people to consider. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody seeking HVAC.
