Erich from Service 1 was out just before the beginning of the promised window of time and immediately got to work. We wanted to have the furnace checked as it was old and starting to get noisy. The news Erich gave us was bad but not at all surprising...new furnace time. He did an amazing job of explaining the options and helped set us up with financing and a great price on a new better unit than the builders used 13 yrs ago. He arranged for Adam and Zack to be out just a couple of hours later with the new furnace and a much needed built in humidifier. Adam and Zack arrived got right to work and two hours later were done and explained everything we needed to know about our new thermostat, furnace and humidifier control. These guys are fantastic!!! The AC unit is likely our next need. No doubt here on who we will be calling. Great great service!!!
