Fords Pointe has been the most unreasonable and rude place my husband and I have ever rented from. Not only are their amenities often broken and the parking unbearable, the office staff is unbelievably rude and backhanded. The office staff is not cohesive and does not follow through with what they tell their tenants. My husband and I are both educated, career-oriented members of society with a family, yet Fords Pointe's office continuously treated us as unintelligent or they thought they could 'get one over on us.' I never write reviews, but I have to warn others about their office. I could deal with the amenities and parking, but not management trying to threaten my family. PLEASE do not be taken in by their 'cheaper' monthly rates. It's worth paying a little more for another area.
