Fords Pointe has been the most unreasonable and rude place my husband and I have ever rented from. Not only are their amenities often broken and the parking unbearable, the office staff is unbelievably rude and backhanded. The office staff is not cohesive and does not follow through with what they tell their tenants. My husband and I are both educated, career-oriented members of society with a family, yet Fords Pointe's office continuously treated us as unintelligent or they thought they could 'get one over on us.' I never write reviews, but I have to warn others about their office. I could deal with the amenities and parking, but not management trying to threaten my family. PLEASE do not be taken in by their 'cheaper' monthly rates. It's worth paying a little more for another area. more

AFFORDABLE, CLEAN 4/26/2011

Very close the Walmart, bank and fast food. Also very close to Love's which has wonderful seafood. It's not fancy by any means, but our neighbors were respectful and clean. Management was professional and their maintenance was excellent! We never waiting more than 20 minutes when we had an issue. Wendy was so amazing, she knew everything about the area and was so helpful. the washer and dryer was a big help and worth every penny. more

Fords Pointe Townhomes is awful. 11/14/2009

We lived there for over a year and watched as they constantly raised the rent for existing renters and gave away months of free rent to new renters. We had neighbors who's children became sick with the mold living in the walls! After leaving they turned us into collections for cleaning fees! They never contacted us, now we are left trying to straighten out our credit because of the incompetent office staff. more

Great Place to Live! 1/4/2008

My husband was stationed in Ft. Stewart for a while and while we were in Savannah we lived at Fords Pointe. The staff was great and friendly. People in the surrounding townhomes were nice. There were many activities going on all the time in the community. Great place, highly would recommend this place to live! more
