Review content:
We sent in a signed contract to have our home and garage re-shingled the end of August. I talked to Corey at that time, and we also talked to his estimator Kevin a couple days later as well. We were told they could complete our project (1 day's work) by the middle to end of October. Since the end of August, we have had no correspondence or reply to several emails and phone messages that have been left, as they never answer their phones. No indication of any work going to happen at our home or response to us, so we hired another company who gave us a quote and 3 days later are doing the work at our home for the same price as what CR&J quoted. Come to find out, my in-laws also had received a quote from CR&J this summer to have their shingling project done, and when they contacted Corey with a signed contract he never got back to them and left them hanging also.
This is not how a reputable contractor treats customers and does business, I don't care how good their work might be. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. There are plenty of other quality roofing companies in Sioux Falls who would be glad to have your business.
