is the letter I have faxed 2x to Chris. w no response and 2 calls w no call backs.
Dear Chris,
On 11/04 upon arrival to my home i found a small trail of water on my garage floor. Upon inspection I found it to be my hot water tank leaking. This was the original hot water tank.
I called your establishment around 5pm and inquired about pricing to have it replaced. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and informative. After talking with him we agreed to do it during normal business hours due to a higher labor rate after hours and it could be done at 0800 the next day and only take about 1.5hr.
The next day I went to work leaving my roommate pricing and ect that I was given the evening before.
Gas Water Tank $482.78
Labor rate of 85.00 ph
Time apx to do task 1.5hr
I informed my roommate the cost should not exceed $700.00. (this gives him 2hrs)
I drained the hot water tank in advance for him as well as shut off the water at the tank and
