Overcharged, billed $460 to replace wax toilet ring, called other plumbers later for estimate told $180-250. When plumber got here, I was at work my wife was home, he told her we needed to rip up our tile floor and replace pipe at a cost of $1800 plus then a new floor. When she called me at work and I said I was coming home suddenly the pipe was fine and all that was needed was a wax ring. then tried to sell me a new toilet bowl for $600, I said no. Then we needed a toilet bowl rebuild for like $200, he said I absolutely needed it and I was in danger of real problems. I said no and told him to replace the wax ring only or just leave. Which he finally did at twice the normal cost. Also I was originally told they charge a minimum $59 service charge which is deducted from the final bill if I use them for the repairs. It was not deducted when I called to complain I was told it is always added to cost, so you pay not only for the repair but a service charge. I was told something completely different when I booked them
