For anyone who has lived in Houston, he/she will know at 6 P.M. the sun is still way up there in the sky. The water wall is at it's most beautiful sight during the evening when all the lights are on and in contrast to the night sky. Why would anyone turn the water wall off by 6 P.M., now when I drive pass it after dark, it's just that, pitch dark. I just want to say: "" nice way of using your brain, idiot.""
