Toby was absolutely awesome! He made our buying expierience fun and easy. His service, and genuine personality made the whole expierience for us. Then , on top of that when there was a little snag he jumped right on it and made it RIGHT! Now that is customer service. What really made toby great is when things weren't perfect he went the extra mile to make it better. Any one can strive for perfection, thats not what whats someone great! What makes them great is service recovery, when things go wrong.\r
