Review content:
We purchased a home in Lancaster County and as part of the agreement, the home seller had the carpets cleaned by this company. Well, there was still pet dander in some rooms when we did our walkthrough. Due to wanting to settle on time, the seller called them to come out and finish the job... you could see by the tool marks in the carpet that they made no attempt to get into corners.
They promised to show up at a specific time the day before settlement, never showed. We settled anyway and then of course, they would not guarentee the work since we have to move in our furniture... not even the seller could get them to agree to finish the job.
