April 1st 2013: First Class Carpet Care did an AWESOME job. I was extremely pleased with their equipment and their technician. I had two RED WINE stains in my old living room for months that they got out 100%. (Along with red marker). Their pricing is VERY reasonable, and gave a moving discount. Their technician (Andrew), was extremely pleasant, and knew all about the job. He explained to us what the process was, estimated time, and how the equipment was used. \r \r Now in my new apartment that got cleaned by the previous owner, was not such a pleasant experience. I will not name the company, but they were not the friendliest.Their equipment was scattered, and wasn't taken care of, and in the end, was more expensive for the previous owner. I still had stains in the carpet that was only 3 months old after they left. I'm glad I went with First Class. I will continue to be a customer with them for next time. \r more

1st Class Carpet Care is first class. They offer very good pricing on carpet and upholstery cleaning. They are always pleasant and do an excellent job. They usually offer a discount coupon in the local paper for cleaning services. more

We purchased a home in Lancaster County and as part of the agreement, the home seller had the carpets cleaned by this company. Well, there was still pet dander in some rooms when we did our walkthrough. Due to wanting to settle on time, the seller called them to come out and finish the job... you could see by the tool marks in the carpet that they made no attempt to get into corners. They promised to show up at a specific time the day before settlement, never showed. We settled anyway and then of course, they would not guarentee the work since we have to move in our furniture... not even the seller could get them to agree to finish the job. more
