Review content:
That was my thought based on my first impression of the center. The reception staff were not friendly and didn't seem to like pets at all!! They were hurried, abrupt, and dismissive. I had been referred to the center by my vet and just wanted to get things taken care of, so I stayed against my better judgement. I was relieved when the vet and intern came into the room--both were more personable and helpful. My interaction with them turned out to be the best part of my experience. I was there for an hour and a half to "drop off" my pooch for an ultrasound and I waited another 50 minutes when "picking up" my pooch because the technician forgot to tell the discharge staff I was waiting. My pooch had been there over 8 hours. It was fairly expensive and given the treatment that I experienced and the treatment I witnessed with other clients, I would not go back. I will get my test results and ask my vet for another referral if necessary. Beware.
