We brought our cat Tigger to them at 9:00pm after he was hit by a car and suffered a broken jaw. We were told that we could pick him up in two days after they repaired the brake. At 3:00am the next morning they called saying the surgery was over but Tigger was now in a coma and on life support. They advised my stunned wife that the best thing to do was to have them put him to sleep. She reluctantly followed their advise. I emailed the director who said he would look into it. We asked for an explanation which we have been waiting over a month for. Timothy Newton now has his email access blocked. I feel they did not wait long enough for Tigger to stablize then overdosed him on the laundry list of medications that showed up on the bill. The doctor who performed the surgery said it was just one of those things and that my assessment could be correct. She was off by several hours in her assessment of the time they waited to stabalize him. They returned our cat to us f
