Todd came out to my house after I purchased the whole house carpet cleaning Boise coupon from the Idaho Statesman. They arrived when they were supposed to, Todd walked through the house with me. There were a few extra things I wanted done, like a wool area rug. I also asked Todd about stretching the carpet in the master bedroom. When it was put down several years ago buy a Boise carept service, it was done poorly, and it has since developed bubble areas.
Todd quoted me a price on top of the $147 carpet cleaning for the wool rug and stretching the carpet in all the upstairs rooms (he showed me how loose the carpet was in all the rooms). The quote was an additional $300. I thought that was very reasonable, knowing the amount of labor that goes into stretching a carpet. I actually thought the master bedroom alone would cost about that much, and the nice thing is that he said they could do it while they were at my house cleaning the carpets, instead of making a new appointment.
Todd worked their tail off! I had one room where the carpet was really dirty, because the dog likes to sleep in there. They put a lot of extra work into that room, and the carpet looks great. I am very satisfied with the rooms where they stretched the carpet. It looks 100x better then the work the other carpet cleaner in Boise from berfore did.
Todd very personable, explaining how they cleaned carpets, the carpet stretching, and they worked really hard while they were here. Carpet looks great and I would definitely use again!
