The staff at Family jewelers are very friendly and willing to help you anyway they can, My wife's mother had them make her a custom name bracelet that is just beautiful! All adjustments were always free. they have the most wonderful variety of styles to choose from in all types of jewlery! If you are looking for a warm friendly shopping environment that is not high pressure sales then definetly go to family jewelers!
