Don't go their I had a bad experience with a purchase. They sold me a diamond that I could have bought somewhere else for much less. The customer service after a purchase was horrible, will not go back and do not recommend anyone to shop their. more

I have nothing but praises for the folks at Family Jewelers. Not only are their prices are more than reasonable, their service is what makes them stand out from everyone else. They not only take the extra care and time with my purchases, but have taken care of my watches that I purchased elsewhere. I have recommend them to several friends and will continue to do so! more

Family Jewelers Always has what you need 11/12/2008

My friends and I have been going to Family Jewelers since I can remember. They always have exactly what I need. From a baptism or communion gifts to fine jewels. I have bought several watches in there as well. There is never any pressure to buy, but plenty of help if you want it. more

Great Selection and Service 11/8/2008

This jeweler has a great selection of every gem and watch you can think of. The staff is friendly and knowledge in the products. It is local so there is no need to go to Philly and pay for bigger prices and gas. This one is a must go to for all your holiday and birthday needs. more

We always used to go to jewelers row for our purchases but ever since we discovered family jewelers there is no reason to cross the bridge. The people are knowledgeable and very helpful. If they do not have what you are looking for they will find it for you and they always give you a fair price. more

Family prices, great selection 3/18/2006

They probably have one of the best selectons without going into the city that you can find in South Jersey. They definitely have EXCELLENT customer service, beautiful custom piecesand very reaonable prices, way better than the chain stores or the mall jewelers. They are great about fitting and adjusting so you do not have to be afraid of aize if you buy a gift here. Such a warm and friendly place to shop, too! I love the bracelet my husband had made for me here, it gets compliments whenever i wear it!! more

The staff at Family jewelers are very friendly and willing to help you anyway they can, My wife's mother had them make her a custom name bracelet that is just beautiful! All adjustments were always free. they have the most wonderful variety of styles to choose from in all types of jewlery! If you are looking for a warm friendly shopping environment that is not high pressure sales then definetly go to family jewelers! more

Good Find out of many bad ones 9/7/2005

When looking for a wedding band, a friend had advised us to come here to get one custom made. She said it was cheaper than one of the bigger mall stores, and she was right. Our ring was prices about 20% less with more diamonds. The man who waited on us was friendly and if you like jewelry like me and don't want to spend alot of cash come here. It's better quality than discount stores and just about the same prices. more
