First, check Holt's rating on the BBB business site. I made the mistake of not doing that. Then check the rating of other dealers.
Received a quote from holt over the phone. At the dealership, they did not honor it. After four hours of hell they finally said they would honor the price but there is $1500 in add-ons, like an alarm and tinted windows. I made them show me on the car, they couldn't. Then they said there is $419 document fee, another lie. On the paperwork the $419 doc fee became etching. The doc fee in Texas is fix (at this dealer) $125. Oh, there is no etching on the windows. They will not refund the money for the non-existing etching. One more odd thing, They were very clear on my displeasure. I never received the new vehicle survey. According to jeep, the dealer sends out the survey. Which means the vehicle surveys are worthless.
