I agree with the other reviewer, the appointments are easy to get and you are seen quickly and at your appointment time. The vet himself does take the time to answer any of your questions. We just moved to the area a few months ago and added a new addition to the family, this vet is the ONLY one that seemed to have a good review so I chose them to check out our new puppy. The first two appointments seemed fine, in and out with no issues. The Doc SEEMED to really care about the animals so when it was time for my family to go out of town for a short weekend I did not hesitate to call them and see if they had room in their kennel and sure enough they did. I "thought" with such excellent service during our appointments with the vet that our pups would get the same treatment while they stayed there over the weekend.. Boy was I wrong.. I dropped them off that Friday, asked if I could see where they would be staying and got a very weird look, like no one has ever asked to see the back area be
