I had a Groupon certificate that I received for Center For The Healing Arts in Sterling Heights, MI. I called to make an appointment one month prior to expiration. It was two weeks from that call. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule the appointment. But, the massage place stated they did not have any time open for another two weeks on that Friday. I arrived at my appointment and the extremely rude receptionist demand that I pay more money because my coupon expired the previous DAY. I explained I tried to come in sooner but they said I could not, and yet denied my coupon. I'm a very fair person, but this situation is ludicrous. They've taken money for a service they did not perform.
