Horrible, Simply HORRIBLE 6/14/2013

I had a Groupon certificate that I received for Center For The Healing Arts in Sterling Heights, MI. I called to make an appointment one month prior to expiration. It was two weeks from that call. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule the appointment. But, the massage place stated they did not have any time open for another two weeks on that Friday. I arrived at my appointment and the extremely rude receptionist demand that I pay more money because my coupon expired the previous DAY. I explained I tried to come in sooner but they said I could not, and yet denied my coupon. I'm a very fair person, but this situation is ludicrous. They've taken money for a service they did not perform. more

Perfected the massage! 8/18/2005

Prepare to be pampered at Center for the Healing Arts if you are getting a massage. The serene atmosphere of the center envelopes you as you walk in to a room with the sound of flowing water and filled with plants. Be sure to ask for Lori, who has amazing hands that find every sore spot. The center offers other services such as facials and colon care. If you visit their website, definitely register as they will occasionally send out discounts via email. more
