BEWARE Took my 08 Taurus SEL in three days ago to get a diagnostic done for a knocking noise under the car and a transmission leak. During the time that they had my car I was renting a car as well. It took them TWO days to figure out the knocking noise and a leak. When they called me and told me where the leak was located "Big Scott" stated that it was leaking out of the condenser. Transmission fluid is not condensable. It is ridiculous to say that my transmission fluid hooks up to the condenser that my AC hooks up to. They quoted me $1013. I told them immediately "no, I'm going to get other bids". The next day they called back about the knocking noise, $578.95 + tax. I also told them "no thanks, not today". I indicated to "Big Scott" that I would be by around 1130 the next day to pick my car up and take it to Mr. Transmission. This is where ALL of the problems happened.
