BEWARE Took my 08 Taurus SEL in three days ago to get a diagnostic done for a knocking noise under the car and a transmission leak. During the time that they had my car I was renting a car as well. It took them TWO days to figure out the knocking noise and a leak. When they called me and told me where the leak was located "Big Scott" stated that it was leaking out of the condenser. Transmission fluid is not condensable. It is ridiculous to say that my transmission fluid hooks up to the condenser that my AC hooks up to. They quoted me $1013. I told them immediately "no, I'm going to get other bids". The next day they called back about the knocking noise, $578.95 + tax. I also told them "no thanks, not today". I indicated to "Big Scott" that I would be by around 1130 the next day to pick my car up and take it to Mr. Transmission. This is where ALL of the problems happened. I took my truck to Two Rivers Ford in Donelson when my #3 spark plug blew on my F-150. They were great! They gave me all the options I had to correct the issue and walked me through them step by step. They answered all my questions and never talked down to me because I am a female. I have taken my truck back for oil changes and other small repairs and I am always happy with the staff and the work they do on my vehicles. I recommend Two Rivers Ford to anyone! more

If you shop Two Rivers Ford Quicklane service department in Donelson then beware of their snoty and shoty manager, I believe his name is doug or dougy something like that. This man has no morality and it bleeds through, believe me. I have done buisness with the Barkers and have bought many many vehciles from them (not all of them at great deals) but I was treated ok and I have nothing bad to say about thier sales staff.\r \r But as you know service is were it is at or not at in this case, DONT DO BUISNESS WITH DOUGY IN DONELSON. more

I have been trading with Two Rivers Ford for over 20 years. I can call anytime and get a price quote (as close as possible) and their service department is easy to deal with. They offer lots of options to get your vehicle worked on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't do any work until they confirm the price with you. Never had any "bad" work done. I have never felt like they talk down to me because I'm a woman. Very knowledgeable and want to help. more

I have taken my truck here a couple of times, as well as bought parts from here. They have a very friendly staff that was very helpful. The prices were what you would expect from a dealer, but they were in stock which was nice. more

I just had my 2000 F250 Diesel "Check Engine light" diagnosed. They charged $89.50 for this service and it took almost 15 minutes to plug it in and print the 1 code. I don't have much of a problem with this, especially if I decide to work on the truck myself. What I do have a problem with is, after doing the work, they don't discount this service from the overall bill. What also troubles me, is that this trucks diagnosis for engine related troubles can only be read by a dealership. I tried 3 seperate code readers (including a $1500 Matco reader) with "No Codes" as the response.\r \r Also, the repair took less than 5 hours. I was charged for 8 hours ($600 + in labor), since that is what is in the book. VERY frustrating. I think I will find someone with the proper code reader and avoid dealerships from here on out. more

I bought my 2006 at Two Rivers Ford in April 2006. It was a very pleasant experience. The sales person was great. However on August 2, 2006 I took my 2006 Ford Ranger to have the first scheduled oil change and the service was less than satisfactory. When they returned my vehicle to me I noticed the tech had left greasy oily prints all over my driver seat, steering wheel, and dashboard. Not only that but when I started on my way home blue smoke began to come out from under the hood. Fortunately I live close to the dealership. When I opened the hood there was motor oil sprayed all over the hood and engine compartment. Besides that I found the oil filler cap laying on the fan cooling housing. Had I driven the vehicle very far it would have pumped all of the oil out of the motor and caused damage to the engine. I put the filler cap back on and drove back to the dealership. I showed the service manager the mess under the hood and told him I found the filler cap was not put back in its prope more

I have bought a car from this dealership in the past without any problems. They are always friendly and helpful. If you decide to visit this location be sure to ask for Bill Robertson. He is the best salesman there. I would highly recommend him to anyone. PROS: friendly, good service CONS: non more
