I felt compelled to write a review after looking for Headquarters specials and came across this link. I've been a frequent client at Headquarters and found this establishment after moving from Fl to SC. I visited numerous salons previously and paid anywhere from $65 to $250 for cut and color. Not a single salon in the upstate other than Headquarters met my expectations. The knowledge, professionalism, and genuine kindness of all that I come in contact with has been unsurpassed. \r

Each time I walk through the door I am greeted by Cara. She is very likeable, ALWAYS upbeat, energetic and a pleasure to see each time I arrive. Cara is truly an asset to the Headquarters team and demonstrates first hand professionalism through her management style.\r

I have been having my hair styled by the owner, Susan, going on 7 years now. I have never, ever received a less than perfect cut. On one occasion after telling Susan a particular cut that I wanted, she recommended I go with something else and explained why. Feeling invincible (and loving the picture I saw), I insisted she cut my hair the way I wanted. It didn't take long to realize that although the cut was exactly as I asked, it did not compliment me well. Two days later I called the salon and spoke to Cara. She fit me in the very next day with Susan to have my hair re-cut and yes, this time I took the recommendation. I loved it so much I have been requesting the same cut/style for the past year!\r
