If there were a minus score I would give them that. Receptionist is condenscending and rude. Gave incorrect instructions to arrive at the Insurance claim; instead of apoligizing, admonished, "they gave you incorrect information" It is hard to make an appointment yet she demands you have an apt to be seen. She is the Dr's. wife, which I did not know until I ask for my prescription to go eleswhere. She "could not release the records....and I was invading her space." She asked the manager to call the police. DO not go to this For Eyes. Dr. prescription was given at a higher tier which cost $100.
