very poor customer service on the part of the receptionist 10/1/2014

If there were a minus score I would give them that. Receptionist is condenscending and rude. Gave incorrect instructions to arrive at the Insurance claim; instead of apoligizing, admonished, "they gave you incorrect information" It is hard to make an appointment yet she demands you have an apt to be seen. She is the Dr's. wife, which I did not know until I ask for my prescription to go eleswhere. She "could not release the records....and I was invading her space." She asked the manager to call the police. DO not go to this For Eyes. Dr. prescription was given at a higher tier which cost $100. more

Going in with my dad and looking for a new pair of glasses, we left with dissatisfaction. Their prices are a bit high for their regular glasses, and forget brand names. Their deals aren’t that great, and the service was okay. After making an appointment and still waiting for hours we were already upset and had our thoughts about this place set. I wouldn't really recommend it. If you want good quality, nice people, and be called up on you appointed time, this isn't the place. more
