Auto Mechanic's are one of the most taunted and discriminated against industries, close behind attorneys. They always get a bad rap. No one brags about great service because cars don't speak for themselves. The majority of the people who write reviews about cars repair shops are to complain or vent because they would rather be spending the money on other things. Who likes to pay for car repairs? We put gas in them, change the oil, tires and brakes once in a while and think we're on top of the maintenance. Do you blame the doctor when you get sick and he finds something else is wrong with you? When you go in for an ingrown toenail and he tells you that you are overweight and have high blood pressure, do you blame the doctor, your parents or your diet? This is not the case with a mechanic. People always neglect their cars and tend to point the blame to a mechanic or the manufacturer. I have been going to this shop for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Maybe this is because I TAKE CARE OF MY CARS and don't ignore the need for ongoing maintenance! I have had plenty of cars and would never trust some $8 an hour dropout at a franchise place to even change my oil after I spent $30K on a vehicle. Think about it...
