How would you feel if you found youself in a car sales lot instead of an eye care place? Precisely. The place is that intent on sales, and does not care what your needs are - at all! \r

First of all, the nurse took a "topography" of my eye for contacts - without even asking me, and it turned out its' not a part of a normal eye exam!. Mind you, the guy 1) didn't see me in contacts; 2) didn't use the paper - yet they charged me $17 for it, and they knew perfectly well my insurance doesn't cover it! \r

I just mentioned what contacts I wore, and the guy said he had no experience with them, so he just ordered the same - not checking the fit, nothing. I'd never been there before, so it's not like he knew anything about previous prescription. And after the visit, I had to give the nurse a first degree to find out what they were charging me for! (Turned out, they were trying to sell me a 2-year supply of contacts at once! Can you imagine the pricetag??!?!)\r
